The Sunrise Villa Maya is located in Miami Platja in the urbanization Zefir. It offers accommodation for 6 people, with communal pool, directly outside the garden.
This beautiful villa is perfect for family getaways . It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, washing machine and toaster.
5 minutes away is the city center, with much to offer: bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The closest supermarket is only 500 meters away.
The most famous theme park in Spain, Port Aventura, Salou and Tarragona are only 20 minutes away by car.

Services with addition
- A one-time payment of 100€ is required for the entire stay: cleaning, sheets and towels.
Reservations and rates
Reservations are managed through WhatsApp (click on the green WhatsApp icon) or by sending an email to info@sunrisehomes.es
Once availability is confirmed, the first payment will be made to (50% of the total). The rest of the payment is due upon arrival.
- In case of accommodating a seventh guest, a supplement of 15€ per day will be charged.
- Depending on the season, there is a minimum number of nights to reserve: from October to May, 2 nights; June and September, 3 nights; July and August, 5 nights.
- To confirm the reservation, you will be asked to make a prepayment. Equivalent to 50% of the total reservation (not including cleaning and other extra services).
- The rest of the payment, together with the cleaning and the extra services that it has included, will be paid on arrival.
- Payment on arrival can be made by credit / debit card or cash.
- Prepayment can be made by credit/debit card, Bizum or bank transfer.
- The prepayment will be refunded, if the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks in advance for reservations from September 1 to June 30.
- If the reservation includes the dates from July 1 to August 30, the cancellation must be made at least 30 days in advance.
