La Casa del Recó is an old Villa from 1930built as a summer home for the bourgeois families of Barcelona. The name Recó (corner in Catalan) has been chosen because it has many places to relax.
The 4-bedroom house for 8 people has 2 bathrooms and breathtaking views over the Ordal mountains. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen and dining room of 40 m2, plus a living room with a fireplace and piano. On the second and third floors are the 4 bedrooms, two doubles and two matrimonial, and the 2 bathrooms.
The garden area offers countless corners to relax, such as a chillout with views, a solarium and a play area. We also have an outdoor dining room with capacity for 8 people and a barbecue. The best thing about the house is the pool, perfect for summer and between seasons, as it is covered from September to June.
The house is surrounded by nature, in an ideal area for hiking and other outdoor activities. It is a 10-minute walk from a variety of shops and restaurants serving traditional Catalan cuisine, 200 meters from a bus stop, and 28 km from central Barcelona and the airport.
