The Sunrise apartment Montroig Mar is located in Miami Platja and offers accommodation for 4 people, with 2 swimming pools, sea views and balcony and direct access to the beach.
This cozy apartment is perfect for family getaways. Located on the sixth floor, with wonderful views over the Costa Daurada, it has direct access to the beach. Througha nice path between pine trees and rocks.
The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, washing machine, and toaster.
5 minutes away is the city center, with much to offer: bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The closest supermarket is only 500 meters away.
Just 20 minutes away by car is the most famous theme park in Spain, Port Aventura, Salou and Tarragona.

- A one-time payment for the entire stay of 65€ is required for cleaning, sheets and towels.
Reservations and rates
Reservations are managed through WhatsApp (click on the green WhatsApp icon) or by sending an email to info@sunrisehomes.es
Once availability is confirmed, a link will be sent to make the first payment (50% of the total). The rest of the payment will be made upon arrival (Credit card / Bizum / Transfer).
- Depending on the season, there is a minimum number of nights to book: from October to May, 2 nights; June and September, 3 nights; July and August, 4 nights.
- To confirm the reservation, you will be asked to make a prepayment. Equivalent to 50% of the total reservation (not including cleaning and other extra services).
- The rest of the payment, together with the cleaning and the extra services that it has included, will be paid on arrival.
- Payments can be made by credit/debit card, Bizum or wire transfer.
- The prepayment will be refunded, if the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks in advance for reservations from September 1 to June 30. You can always report to other dates with availability in order not to lose the advance payment.
- If the reservation includes the dates from July 1 to August 30, the cancellation must be made at least 30 days in advance.
